Due to Covid-19, for safety reasons, we will be implementing the following changes starting April 2nd.

There will be no number chips given out and we will not be using your reusable bags. Only one patron per family will be allowed in the building at a time. If you are picking up for another family we will fulfill that order at the same time as yours.

We want to stress: anyone monetarily affected by the pandemic is welcome to come.

It may not feel like it but school vacation starts next month! Flagship Cinemas are doing their Camp Flagship program again this summer. It looks like they will be over three days this year and don't forget, all ages are welcome to these free movies!

Once again Flagship cinema is running their free classic movie series.  Still on Tuesdays it starts at 10am and no cost.

While visiting during Thanksgiving, I took a family member to the movies in Waterville and saw a listing for classic movies. I thought I'd share them with you here. The movies are on Tuesday mornings at 10am and are free.  Looks like the Christmas ones start tomorrow. 

Sorry this is so late (I know most of you are at the pantry right now) but for those of you who have school age children, we wanted to let you know bags of school supplies are being handed out today.  If you aren't able to make it today bags may still be availabe at the next pantry on September 3rd.

We all know summer can be tough for families when students aren't able to partake of the school breakfast and lunch program. Nutritious free meals are available for children and teens 18 years old and younger at many locations throughout the summer while school is out of session.One or two are also giving out breakfast. The poster I found this website on also claimed no registration was necessary.

Some papers were available at the pantry about free movies this summer.  In case anyone lost theirs or didn't get one the link below will take you to the list of movies still showing.  You don't have to have kids to see the movies but I would recommend getting there a little while before they start since some of the rooms can get pretty packed.

Just a reminder to everyone that Mill Stream Christian Fellowship (home of the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry) is hosting a Trunk or Treat between 4-6pm on Halloween.  There will be trunks kids can collect treats from, food to eat: hot dogs, chips, donuts, hot apple cider and hot chocolate as well as games to play and enjoy! 

This event is open to anyone! All are invited!
